Savills Queensland relocated to the premium grade Riverside Centre at Level 33, 123 Eagle Street in the Brisbane CBD.
The 1209m² fully integrated fitout included 92 workstations including fixed seating work points and a variety of spaces such as quiet rooms, café styled kitchen, meeting rooms, training rooms and collaboration booths.
Additional fitout works included refurbishment of the base building, construction of a shop front for the tenancy and an upgrade of the level 33 lift lobby.
We provided the full suite of Quantity Surveying services all-encompassing preparation of initial concept cost plan, identify value management opportunities, design cost options, advise on procurement methodology, design development cost plan, pre-tender estimate, tender review, variation assessments, progress payment review and recommendations.
As part of the handover phase MBM provided a tax depreciation report.
