St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Redevelopment

MBM is supporting Sydney Catholic Schools and Carmichael Tompkins Property Group (CTPG) with the redevelopment of St Anthony of Padua Catholic School.

The project will unite parish and community around innovative education and Catholic values, support students from Early Learning to Year 12, and providing a fully functioning 2000+ student school.

The works will increase coeducational primary and secondary capacity through the construction of new teaching facilities, new administrative and staff facilities, corresponding amenities, playground, sporting and support facilities for the College.

Additionally, the redevelopment will improve pedestrian and vehicular traffic, accessibility, and wayfinding to the area.

MBM will provide cost guidance over stage 3D, 4, and 5, incorpoative of cost planning, cost reports and cashflows, tender review, contract administration, commissioning and handover services, and defects liability period services.
