The project supports retendering the maintenance of NSW’s 130,000 social housing dwellings as one of the largest facilities and maintenance contracts in Australia.
Valued at over $300m per annum, MBM provided the development of the service delivery model and supporting contractual arrangements, including the performance management framework, key commercial principles, specification and asset standards, preparation of RFT documentation and review of tenders.
Our services were extended to support LAHC mobilising new contract innovation and performance management including assistance with resourcing, position descriptions, contract manuals, process mapping, audit and inspection frameworks, training, and systems integration.
