Our experience in working on fit out projects in heritage buildings provided the client with an extensive level of expertise on any heritage related issues that arose. MBM completed the refurbishment of existing heritage building and Sydney Theatre Company’s existing space including rehearsal, theatre space, function space, box office etc, ceiling restoration and roof modifications, back of house facilities including control room, recording studio, dressing room, workshop, BOH, kitchen and office space. MBM’s advice regarding tender schedules assisted Sydney Theatre Company in obtaining tender submission clarity as well as helping to control post tender project costs.
