MBM provided quantity surveying services to Western Sydney University on the development of the Hawkesbury Agri Tech Hub, led by Director Xan Duong with support from Assistant Quantity Surveyor Imandee Jayawardena.

As part of the MBM team, Imandee played a vital role in supporting the project’s success. Her contributions included assisting with cost planning, detailed estimates, pre-tender evaluations, tender reviews, and ongoing financial assessments such as progress claims and variation reviews. Through her diligent approach, Imandee helped ensure the project remained financially transparent and on track to align with the University’s goals.
