Western Sydney University (Parramatta) – Library of the Future

MBM provided quantity surveying services to Western Sydney University throughout the refurbishment of the Parramatta Campus library.

Western Sydney University’s Library of the Future centred on less shelf space, but more collaboration and exhibition space. The project included the re-orientation of the existing library access point and functionality. The result enabled stronger alignment with the light rail transport system and ferry locations for a better student and public experience when visiting the library via public transport.

MBM provided cost planning and estimating services throughout the project, from concept design to the construction stage.
