Zurich are entering into a Lease Agreement at levels 29 and 30, 345 Queen Street Brisbane. This agreement will see Zurich take 1,200–1,600 sqm to house up to 130 employees.
Currently Zurich is split across three (3) sites in Brisbane’s CBD; 150 Charlotte Street, 201 Charlotte Street and 111 Eagle Street Brisbane, all working in a traditional 1:1 working environment. Zurich wishes to deliver a consolidate, new and improved dynamic working environment at 345 Queen Street. MBM provided full range of QS services from concept and schematic design to tender and construction.
