MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, PPP, FM and Asset Management Advisory services, Tax Depreciation and Asset and Building Consulting.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyors to join our Parramatta team. The successful applicants will assist in the delivery of services within an established team, with supervision from Management.
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2-4 years’ local experience in a Quantity Surveying role and will have the following attributes:
- Be a team player
- Have effective organisational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail Required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working in Australia as a client-side QS
- Graduate of an accredited Quantity Surveyor degree course
- Previous experience working for a client-side Quantity Surveying Consultancy, providing the full range of project experience and the duties performed for all major projects
- Experience in using CostX and Excel
- Corporate members / candidate working towards accreditation of AIQS or RICS preferred
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Client facing skills
