With significant growth in recent years, MBM are looking for a Senior Manager to work within the Building Consultancy Division based within our Sydney CBD Office. As a Senior Manager in our Building Consultancy Division your role will include but not be limited to:

As a Senior Manager in our Building Consultancy Division your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting the Building Consultancy Division administer a major contract with the City of Sydney including allocating work to our engineering sub-consultants and managing the projects on behalf of the City of Sydney
  • Undertaking client engagements including condition surveys, make good assessments, technical due diligence reports and general building consultancy advise.
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and
  • Making sure that MBMs work in carried out in accordance with our Quality Assurance requirements
  • Representing and promoting MBM in the market

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience of working with recognised appropriate international standards such as ISO55000 or ISO41000.
  • A tertiary qualification across Business, Building, Asset Management or Facilities Management;
  • Accreditation to an industry body such as FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS or AIQS;
  • The ability to work autonomously or within a team to deliver project outcomes to time and budget constraints;
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities and analytical skills; and
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
