Tony Chow

Tony joined MBM’s Sydney team in 2007 and has a wealth of quantity surveying experience spanning over 32 years within the construction industry.

Having worked in Australia, Hong Kong and China, Tony’s broad understanding of global industry practices makes him a highly sought-after cost management expert. He holds cross-sector specialisations in large-scale developments with a focus on high-rise residential, industrial, infrastructure, commercial buildings, and expert witness projects.  

Tony demonstrates an exceptional level of technical proficiency in the field. His professional engagements have shaped his natural ability to comprehend and deliver results for even the most complex projects. Tony’s major projects and contributions to the Australian construction industry include his work in the industrial sector with Goodman Australia, residential developments with Icon Project Management, and extensive expert witness guidance. 

Tony completed a Bachelor of Building at the City University of Hong Kong prior to aa Master of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Tony also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Arbitration, as well as a Diploma in Surveying. Tony is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
