Justin Noakes

Justin is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) who leads the MBM Advisory Team with cross-sector Asset Management and Facilities Management expertise.

While studying a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the United Kingdom, Justin completed a professional placement in Facilities Management (FM). The opportunity led to his involvement with some of the largest outsourced Asset Management (AM) and FM contracts in the UK and early Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs) in Wales – including the Neath Talbot Hospital and Pembroke Dock School – and facilitated a relocation to Australia in 2006.

Justin has since executed several major FM outsourcing contracts, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) / Design Build Operate and Maintain (DBOM) projects across sectors from health, education, and housing, to justice, corrections, convention centres, and stadiums.

Justin is a member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA) and his forward-thinking approach drives innovation in FM and AM. This is evidenced by his current focus on beneficial social housing models, and his belief that public and private sectors can collaboratively act to improve domestic housing livability, functionality, and affordability.

Attesting to his community-centric attitude, Justin has long supported his local sporting associations and been involved with local soccer clubs, rugby clubs, AFL clubs and cricket clubs throughout his time in Australia.
