MBM has been engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services from reviewing tenders, monthly progress claims, assessment of variations and recommendations, identify project risks and impacts, preparation of final account and final contractors claim. Our team also provided Tax Depreciation Schedules.
Upgrade of the office premises on ground level, level 5, 6, 21, 22, 23 and 24 including the following scope of works :
- Ground level works to the awning & canopy, lower level façade cladding, lobby refurbishment and realigned entry
- Base building refurbishment including lift, lobby, amenities & glazing
- Fitout of office floor including open plan, high density workspace, kitchen, large telepresence room, communications room, presentation room, quiet room & small offices
- Inter-connecting internal stair between levels 21 & 22
- Extension of trafficable outdoor space
- Installation of new vergola opening roof system
- Planting on the non-trafficable outdoor space
- Reception and client lounge area, large meeting & presentation room and four meeting rooms on level 24
