Government Agency Commercial Fitout

MBM was engaged to provide comprehensive cost management services for the uplift and refurbishment of eight commercial floors at a key NSW Government agency’s new offices in Parramatta Square.

Executive Quantity Surveyor Loc Tri Nguyen led the project and supported success through expert cost guidance and collaboration with a dedicated project team.

The project encompassed six floors featuring workstations, social hubs, and enclosed spaces, designed to foster productivity and flexibility. Two additional floors were transformed to create collaborative environments that support new ways of working in a post-COVID landscape.

Through Loc’s leadership, MBM’s cost management expertise was integral to the smooth execution of the predesign and concept design phases, and delivered a workspace that enhances the department’s capacity to serve the people of NSW.
