Beginning his tenure with MBM in 2018, Loc joined the firm as a cadet and quickly ascended in seniority through his dedication to professional development. Loc’s natural ability to strengthen commercial relationships results from his commitment to client value, budget efficiency, and exceeding expectations. He ensures full clarity and transparency for his clients throughout all project stages by providing clear and consistent communication. 

Loc is a trusted advisor to public sector clients and multinational organisations, from Ernst & Young to Colliers, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. In addition to leading major developments, Loc advocates for sustainability in the built environment through proactive thought leadership. His piece, Bridging the Gap for a Greener Tomorrow: Integrating Global Green Building Standards, was published in the Built Environment Economist in mid-2023. Loc has internally directed service innovations that have set new standards in the New South Wales construction industry. 

An avid learner, Loc continuously seeks to further his business leadership expertise and dedicates to transforming the Australian construction industry through forefront technology. Loc graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
