Pallara State School is one of the newest Independent Public School (IPS) and Private, Public, Partnership (PPP) schools in Queensland.

The Pallara local area has experienced significant growth in the school aged population and requires additional facilities to continue to meet in-catchment enrolment demand in both the short and medium-to-long term. The site is extremely tight with limited new building platforms and innovative solutions is required to cater for the anticipated growth.

The new Learning Centre project comprises a new 3 storey modular pre-fabricated building including for ground floor amenities, replacing existing stand-alone building, a PWD WC on each level, 2 staff work-rooms, 3 outdoor learning areas, 2 speciality spaces and 15 new general learning areas including plant room on each level and a lift.

All leaning spaces will have air-conditioning as the school is in the process of being upgraded. An existing covered outdoor space will be relocated to the existing sports field. We are providing the full suite of Quantity Surveying services all-encompassing preparation of initial elemental cost plan, design cost options, monthly accrued cashflow, design development cost plan, tender stage cost plan summary & benchmark report, tender review & comparisons, variation assessments, progress payment certification analysis and recommendations.
