The building is over 3 levels and comprises of the following accommodation :
- Ground Floor – Teaching space and storage area
- Level 1 – Teaching space and storage area
- Level 2 – Meeting Space and Roof Terrace
MBM provided quantity surveying services which included a :
- Initial cost plan: comparative cost plan of basic design and new cost plan for full design
- Schematic design cost plan: cost evaluation of design alternatives, constructional systems, standards of finishes and services
- Preliminary cost plan: including elemental costs, cost studies and cost feedback
Design development cost plan: budget estimate and cost plan including separate elemental costs, cost checks, cost feedback and constructability feedback
