MBM has provided a full range of cost planning and advisory services to Fire & Rescue NSW projects, including base building and fitout pre-tender estimates, detailed cost planning and benchmarking, feasibility and early cost advice, tender review, analysis and recommendation reports, as well as value management and strategic cost advice.

Project Background and Scope

MBM has a long history of supporting Fire & Rescue NSW (FRNSW) and the Rural Fire Service (RFS) through the delivery of cost planning and advisory services across numerous new and upgraded fire stations throughout metropolitan, outer metropolitan and regional NSW.

Over the past decade, MBM and the team have been directly engaged by FRNSW on a wide range of projects, including new station builds, refurbishments, extensions, and feasibility studies. We have also provided cost planning services to support FRNSW’s Diversity and Clean Fire Stations Strategy, ensuring facilities meet modern standards of inclusivity, safety, and environmental sustainability.
