Project Background and Scope

Major expansion of the existing centre including 400 maximum security beds within 4 x 100bed buildings. This expansion includes extensive refurbishment / expansion of the existing facilities and also includes numerous new support buildings to cater for the increased capacity such as new clinic, segregation/management accommodation, industries, programs, laundry, staff amenities, receptions etc.
