Project Background and Scope

Major expansion of the existing centre including 500 maximum security beds in 4 wings, 150 minimum security beds situated outside the secure perimeter of the main prison, new and extended/refurbished support facilities to cater for the increased capacity.
MBM provided specific corrections cost planning expertise to facilitate approval of additional funding for increased scope.
