Project Background and Scope

Major expansion of the existing centre including 250 bed maximum security beds in 3 buildings. This expansion includes extensive refurbishment / expansion of the existing facilities and also includes numerous new support buildings to cater for the increased capacity such as new clinic, women’s unit, industries, programs, laundry, staff amenities, receptions etc.
