Project Background and Scope
The Novotel Sydney City Centre, formerly the Mercure Sydney Wynyard, has undergone a refurbishment to transform the luxury establishment. Located in the heart of the CBD and managed by Accor, the design approach was a Novotel new brand concept known as ‘Hypothesis’ which transcends traditional hospitality. Guests can indulge in luxury with amenities like the onsite restaurant, Birdie Bar & Brasserie, gourmet experiences, and the recently unveiled Novotel Fitness Studio.
The Novotel redevelopment spanned 283 rooms over 22 floors and consisted of guestrooms, FOH, F&B and full facade revitalisation.
