MBM were engaged to undertake independent assurance reviews across multiple Detailed Business Cases (DBCs). Our scope included the review of project cost estimates, delivery schedules, and constructability assessments. The DBCs covered the planning and development of up to seven new educational facilities intended to relieve pressure on existing special schools, as well as a site analysis for future educational uses.

Our client’s asset portfolio comprises over 1,200 school sites, approximately 45,000 buildings, and more than 170 early childhood facilities located on government-owned land.
