MBM is engaged to provide quantity surveying services for Phase 0-9, from project initiation to completion including cost estimates and value engineering in each planning phase, monthly cost reporting and cashflow forecast, pre-tender estimate, tender review of consultant fees and Main Contractor tender, and post contract services such as progress claims and variation assessments. We are currently in construction phase assessing progress claims and variations and providing cost reports and cashflows on a monthly basis.

Project Background and Scope

Refurbishment of existing core facilities and upgrade to 59 total teaching spaces with 43 existing and 16 new GLS including upgrade of student facilities, administration, hall, staff facilities, ablutions and external work.
