This included identifying and resolving key issues, conducting a literature review of contemporary asset management planning frameworks, processes, and policies relevant to the asset classes, and facilitating stakeholder engagement through both strategic and tactical workshops. MBM also performed a detailed gap analysis and maturity assessment aligned with industry standards such as ISO 55001 and the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM). The engagement culminated in the development of strategic roadmaps for each asset portfolio, consolidating all findings into actionable recommendations for Council to review and address
