Chris?’s strong career in cost management for diverse property has seen him deliver quantity surveying services for major projects. He has worked with high-profile, multinational clients ranging from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority to Salesforce, TikTok, HMRC, L+R Hotels, Amazon and Australia Post. His professional expertise spans across sectors, including commercial, workplace fitouts, student accommodation, Build-to-Rent, and residential developments. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of East Anglia and went on to complete a Masters in Quantity Surveying with Distinction from Nottingham Trent University. He is currently a student member with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) aiming to achieve his Chartership in 2025.
