Daniel Nguyen is an accomplished Executive Quantity Surveyor and trusted advisor with over 18 years of experience who guides costs on major projects in Australia’s built environment.
Daniel leads the cost management of projects from initiation through to design development, tendering, post-contract cost control, and the agreement of final accounts. He contributes to the success of social infrastructure developments in health and education, alongside his extensive experience in the commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Daniel’s expertise has driven the success of milestone projects, such as the Australian Tax Office’s commercial fitout portfolio, the Park Hyatt in Circular Quay, and Qantas Lounge Portfolio across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Hobart. Daniel’s work was recognised with his finalist nomination for Project of the Year at the 2025 RICS Awards for Tweed Valley Hospital.
Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Construction Economics) from Western Sydney University. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and an accredited Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS).
