With over four decades of construction industry experience, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge gained from supporting projects across diverse sectors. He primarily focuses on lending his skills to cost planning and estimating services in engineering and infrastructure projects. Mike’s previous experience as a Director and Principal for over 25 years informs his expertise on measurement, cost estimating, contract administration, risk management, and project controls for capital works and maintenance. Mike successfully steers projects during the post-contract phase and has extensively managed teams of cost managers, contract managers, and engineers. His technical guidance and strategic direction have played pivotal roles in navigating complex projects to achieve successful outcomes. Mike is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), and Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS). Mike was a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) up to the end of 2023. Attesting to his noteworthy career, Mike has been the recipient of Lifetime Achievement awards from the AIQS and RICS.
