Since 1986, he has shaped major projects in the built environment through his deep knowledge on cost planning and management, procurement, and contract administration throughout the development lifecycle. See Wing has delivered milestone developments throughout Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mainland China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu and Wuhan. His career includes senior appointments such as Director at Rider Levett Bucknall Hong Kong, Contract Director at Greenland Australia, Head of Cost at Aqualand, and Project Director for the landmark AW One Circular Quay development. See Wing graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (Honours) from the University of Hong Kong.
