As MBM’s designated expert in benchmarking and analysis, Sophie develops cost models for the preparation of preliminary $/m2 cost plans based on benchmarked data. She leads successful projects utilising her holistic proficiencies in all areas of quantity surveying and 6 years of national construction industry experience. Sophie drives the effective execution of MBM’s state and private education, office fitouts, residential and hospitality projects. She ensures precisions throughout projects of all scales, and her experience in major developments includes Melonba Education Campus, Huntlee Education Campus and PricewaterhouseCoopers workplace fitout. Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (BCMP) from the University of New South Wales.
