His past engagements include the Parliament of New South Wales (NSW) portfolio, Project Remediate (program), the Department of Communities and Justice, the University of New South Wales (UNSW), KPMG, and BGIS. Hailing from South Africa, Thomas graduated from Cape Peninsula University of Technology with a National Diploma in Building prior to his completion of a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying.
