Sam joined MBM in 2019 following a three-year tenure as a Quantity Surveyor and a two year tenure as an Estimator. During his time at MBM, Sam has progressed his technical skills to become a well-versed Executive Quantity Surveyor. He brings a breadth of expertise to diverse projects and contributes to the success of commercial, residential, mixed use, education, logistics sector developments. Sam supports clients through his proficiencies across all areas of quantity surveying including feasibility analysis, detailed cost planning and estimating, contract documentation and administration, cost reporting, and cash flow management. In addition to his experience in cost management, Sam leverages his previous roles as a Contract Administrator where he focused on commercial, hospitality, institutional and heritage sectors. Sam has also been involved in several specialist projects pertaining to his skills in logistics and construction management including zoo exhibits, major hospitality developments, and leisure projects. Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
