She specialises in cost consultancy for civil and infrastructure projects across diverse sectors, alongside residential, commercial (refurbishments and fitouts), education (tertiary and state government), hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and warehousing. Chathu first earned a Diploma of Technology in Civil Engineering while simultaneously pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (with Honours) before successfully completing her Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. Her memberships with the Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Construction Law (SCL) are a testament to her strong work ethic and knowledge of global standards.
