Emma is an experienced operations leader with over 30 years of experience in business operations, administration, organisational development, and process improvement. She oversees MBM’s administration, human resources, and IT functions, driving initiatives that strengthen internal systems, streamline workflows, and support the firm’s continued growth and success.

Working closely with MBM’s National Director Team, Executive Finance Manager and Heads of Bidding and Marketing, Emma plays a key role in delivering MBM’s strategic objectives and guiding operational activities that enable effective business scaling. Through collaboration with senior leaders across the business, Her work focuses on refining and evolving MBM’s operational model to ensure it remains aligned with the organisation’s immediate priorities and long term ambitions.
