MBM were engaged as cost managers through the delivery phases. services include cost planning and estimating through the detailed design and construction documentation phases, value engineering, procurement strategy advice, progress valuations, variation assessment and final account negotiation.

Project Background and Scope

Major upgrade of hospital services providing new build of several departments including surgical IPU, ED, Ambulatory, Renal, Cath Lab, ICU, HDU and CCU as well as associated decanting, demolition and site works. Total redevelopment area is approximately 18,000m2.

New Renal and Western Cancer Centre Development (WCCD) and Carpark Project were delivered as separate contracts.
