Flora Mu is a respected Executive Quantity Surveyor with 10 years of global industry experience.

Flora partners with clients to uncover opportunities for project value from inception to handover. Her areas of specialisation include feasibility studies, cost planning, value engineering, procurement, and independent certifier. She is a cross-sector expert with a professional focus on education, health, commercial, residential, and retail developments across diverse scopes and complexity.

Throughout her career, Flora has driven the success of milestone projects including the University of Melbourne’s Carlton Connect Initiative, Parks Victoria’s Olinda Precinct and The Glen Shopping Centre Redevelopment. She has also played a key role in delivering a portfolio of education projects for School Infrastructure NSW and the Victorian School Building Authority. In addition, she has contributed to the delivery of major infrastructure projects including Western Sydney Airport and the Sydney Metro West Hunter Connection Project.

Flora graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from Chongqing University and went on to complete a Master of Construction Management from the University of Melbourne. She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS).
