Ricky Ng has over 4 years of experience in shaping the Western Australian built environment, leading cost planning, estimating, tender reviews, expert witness, pre and post contract advice, bills of quantities, and defect rectification. His ability to manage complex developments has seen him work across significant local projects such as Perth Airport New Engineering Maintenance Hangar and QBE Perth Commercial Office Refurbishment.
Ricky presents an advanced analytical skill set, exceptional multitasking skills, and a proven ability to deliver innovative cost management solutions. He specialises in commercial buildings, education, residential, and health. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Statistics and Operations Research prior to completing a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and Property, he is also a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS).
