Rebecca Lee is an experienced senior operations and corporate services leader with over 15 years’ experience across operations, facilities management, procurement, workplace management and business support. As National Operations & Corporate Services Manager at MBM, Rebecca oversees the firm’s administration, human resources and IT functions, with a focus on strengthening internal systems, improving operational efficiency and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Working closely with MBM’s National Director Team, Executive Finance Manager and Heads of Bidding and Marketing, Rebecca plays a key role in delivering MBM’s strategic objectives and supporting the effective scaling of the business. She brings extensive experience across national and multi-site operations, procurement and supplier management, contract and vendor governance, facilities and workplace management, business process improvement, risk and compliance, and change management.
