Chris Davies

Chris is an Executive Quantity Surveyor with over 8 years of experience in the Sydney and London construction industries.  

Chris’s strong career in cost management for diverse property has seen him deliver quantity surveying services for major projects. He has worked with high-profile, multinational clients ranging from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority to Salesforce, TikTok, HMRC, L+R Hotels, Amazon and Australia Post. His professional expertise spans across sectors, including commercial, workplace fitouts, student accommodation, Build-to-Rent, and residential developments.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of East Anglia and went on to complete a Masters in Quantity Surveying with Distinction from Nottingham Trent University. He is currently a student member with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) aiming to achieve his Chartership in 2025.
