Lee is a quality-driven Director with more than 30 years of experience leading health, infrastructure, education, and research sector projects.

Following the completion of a Bachelor of Science, Lee crafted an extensive career characterised by contributions to complex infrastructure and health projects across the United Kingdom and Australia. His professional background in leading major government developments, with a primary focus on health and education, has equipped him with a distinct ability to mitigate risks and achieve complex deliverables. Lee’s current professional focus centres on driving internal innovation by expanding MBM’s engagement in the commercial building, tertiary, public, and private education sectors. Working diligently with key stakeholders to deliver results across industries, Lee places an overarching prioritisation on building strong commercial relationships through the provision of technical guidance to new and emerging sectors. In collaboration with Edna Yeo, he guides an astute team of cost management professionals and has notably taken the Melbourne office from strength to strength. Lee is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow in the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS).
