Sabrina is an accomplished Associate in MBM’s quantity surveying division with 9 years of experience across the Australian and South African construction industries.

Sabrina’s advanced knowledge of project dynamics has consistently created outcomes that exceed client expectations. With versatile expertise, she has led complex developments and cemented her capabilities in the delivery of diverse requirements. Sabrina maintains a strong focus on industry innovation through sustainable construction methodologies, including off-site construction and timber usage, and Green Star construction, such as carbon calculations.

Sabrina achieves development objectives through a forward-thinking and collaborative approach while working closely with design teams and clients. She is proficient in all areas of quantity surveying including budget establishment, feasibility analysis, detailed cost planning, preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities, contract documentation and administration, cost reporting, and cash flow management.

Sabrina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying, and Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management, and is an accredited Prince2 Practitioner.
