The project looks to introduce seven industrial buildings that are able to be split multiple ways to suit business needs. Stage 1 completed the repositioning of over 28,000sqm of warehouse space between two buildings in 2023. With the development currently in planning, construction is expected to be completed in Q1 2027. The objective of the project is to blend modern warehousing with life-style focused amenities, allowing for flexibility in terms of community use, particularly due to ease of access to major transport routes and roads without tolls.
