MBM provided full range of quantity surveying services comprising cost plans, tender review, tender recommendation, assessment variations, monthly progress claims, monthly cost report and tax depreciation.

Quantity surveying services also included certifier under the AFL on the larger projects.

Project Background and Scope

Integrated office fit-out with high end finishes over a single level or various levels with an interconnecting staircase to client levels, meeting rooms and boardrooms, and state of the art IT and AV services.

All the large projects have been successfully delivered as integrated projects simultaneously with the base building construction.

MBM have been co-ordinating with designers and other consultants from the Concept Design stage. Continuing effort is being applied as the project moves through to construction stage and beyond, providing tracking services and cost advice through to working directly with the client on landlord contract advice/recommendations, tender advice, and tax depreciation services.
