Ruby House is a premium commercial development located on Bay Street, Double Bay, offering brand-new luxury office suites in one of Sydney’s most prestigious retail and lifestyle precincts. Designed to seamlessly blend work and wellbeing, the project features high-end interior finishes, private sunlit terraces with harbour views, and state-of-the-art amenities including concierge services, end-of-trip facilities, private shower suites, secure lockers, and saunas.
Positioned in the heart of Double Bay and just moments from the harbour foreshore and ferry wharf, Ruby House includes activated ground floor retail and hospitality, as well as access to an exclusive wellness club—delivering a sophisticated and highly connected workplace environment.
