Alex’s professional background in senior estimating roles underpins the extensive breadth of his technical expertise as demonstrated by his prior engagement as a lecturer at the University of South Australia, and with over 15 years of experience in the national construction industry and career experience across Australia. Alex prioritises understanding client objectives to deliver tailored services. His ability to balance high-level strategy and creative problem solving enables the cultivation of bespoke client solutions. His technical specialisations include the management of fixed asset registers, insurance replacement cost assessments, in addition to cost estimates and analysis for recently completed projects and new acquisitions to substantiate capital allowances. Alex has been a Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) since the beginning of his career and became a Registered Tax Agent in 2010.
