Eunice Zhu is a respected Executive Quantity Surveyor with over 8 years of local and international experience across the construction industries of China, the United Kingdom, and Australia. She brings a strong multidisciplinary background spanning quantity surveying, project management, and finance.

Her project experience spans health, education, residential, commercial, childcare, industrial, and hospitality developments. Eunice’s expertise includes measurement, cost estimating, cost planning, and cost management, with particular strength in leading cost management for complex developments.

Eunice’s key projects include the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct Redevelopment, Liverpool Boys & Girls High Schools, and St Vincent Hospital Redevelopment. She holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Bachelor of International Business from Shanghai University, a Master of Global Business Analysis from the University of Manchester, and a Master of Construction Practice from Bond University. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Certified Quantity Surveyor.
