Jack controls costs across project phases through attentive financial analysis, budget oversight, and client communication. He guides junior quantity surveyors and contributes to the success of MBM’s projects in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure sectors. Jack’s expertise extends across the full range of quantity surveying services. He works collaboratively to deliver cost management strategies, including cost planning and estimating, progress claims, Bills of Quantities, peer reviews, alongside pre and post-contract advice. Jack’s major projects include the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Train Stations, UNSW Health Translation Hub Fitout, and 333 Kent Street, Sydney. Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University.
