Jinal Thakkar is an accomplished Executive Quantity Surveyor at MBM, with over 8 years of experience in the construction industry. She specialises in cost planning, tender analysis, variation assessment, progress claim evaluation, and comprehensive cost reporting. 

Jinal has developed strong expertise in managing and controlling project costs across fitout and refurbishment projects, with extensive experience in the education sector and additional exposure to health and commercial developments. She is committed to delivering value for money, optimising project expenditure, and supporting successful commercial outcomes. 

Her project portfolio includes office fitouts, amenity refurbishments, and upgrades to educational facilities. Notable projects include the 145 Ann Street Café and Lobby Refurbishment, Norton Rose Fulbright Australia Fitout, New Special School for Coomera–Pimpama, and BP Upgrade (Pacific Highway). 

Jinal holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technical University, India, and a Master of Construction Practice from Bond University, Queensland.
