Ling brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the successful completion of projects high rise commercial, tertiary education, industrial, and workplace fitout sectors. She leverages a comprehensive understanding of diverse construction methodologies to ensure the completion of commercial developments in alignment to client objectives and expectations. Ling holds specialisations across all areas of quantity surveying including cost planning, value engineering, construction cost monitoring and reporting, which she applies with precision and enthusiasm. Her role as a leader both internally and externally supports the effective navigation of key stakeholder relationships between clients and contractors on large scale projects. Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours from the University of Technology Sydney and is an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
