Lyn is a technical expert, a dedicated leader, and a driver of excellence in the Victorian construction industry.  Her advanced technical skills and ability to set new standards in project presentation and quality assurance processes make her a highly respected figure in the industry. Lyn’s recent thought leadership contributions in MBM’s Women in Construction series highlight the positive influence she continues to have on her colleagues and the industry. Throughout her career, Lyn has contributed to large-scale developments with a focus on the social and affordable housing, aged care, commercial, retail, health care and mental health and residential sectors. Lyn is a seasoned expert who oversees projects from feasibility analysis to the post-construction handover. She offers expertise across phases, including design and budgeting, design development, tendering, construction, and completion phases. She is a trusted cost manager to clients such as the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA), Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), Origin Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and ANZ Bank. Lyn graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management (Honours) from RMIT. She commits to industry development and ongoing professional development as a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
