Nahee joined MBM at the beginning of her career in 2009. During her career, Nahee has expanded her technical skillset, areas of specialisation, and understanding of diverse sector factors. Nahee contributes to the success of MBM’s health, education, retail, industrial, commercial, and high-rise commercial fitout projects. Nahee combines her comprehensive understanding of quantity surveying practices with a methodical and diligent approach to ensure she is consistently achieving high-quality client outcomes. With a wealth of experience, Nahee is a reputable expert in the New South Wales construction industry known for maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships. Nahee provides services in all aspects of the pre-contract stage including cost planning, Bill of Quantities and pre-tender estimates, and post-contract including variation assessments and progress claims. Nahee’s previous experience with Project Analysis has given her valuable understanding of construction and tendering processes. Nahee completed a Bachelor of Construction and Property Management at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and is an Affiliate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
